Founded in 2012, Film Exchange has been at the forefront of championing independent cinema in the Southwest. Our mission is simple: to give filmmakers the resources, expertise, and support they need to bring bold stories to life—on time, on budget, and with creative flair.

From launching the Victoria Independent Film Festival in 2012 to co‑producing HBO’s Emmy‑nominated Stockton on My Mind, our story is built on passion for indie film.
